This book aim is to help officials, aid agencies, civil society organizations and judges and lawyers to fulfill the true purpose of the law, with a human rights-based approach. The guide has been procuded by UNDP's Asia-Pacific Rights and Justice Initiative.  It is a handbook with practical suggestions for implementing access to justice programmes.
