Priority governance domains for the PGA in Nigeria

Based on the group work and discussions in the consultative PGA workshop in Calabar (January 2013), the key governance areas or domains were identified and later prioritized by the workshop participants. This prioritized list of governance issues will be the basis for the forthcoming set of indicators upon which governance data and information will be collected.
