Payments for Environmental Services and the GEF- A STAP Guideline Document

In consultation with the Biodiversity Task Force, Prof. Paul Ferraro, Panel Member lead expert on biodiversity, designed a study on Payments for Environmental Services, resulting in a commissioned paper which provides guidance to the GEF Council, Secretariat, Evaluation Office, and GEF agencies on the development and evaluation of GEF investments in Payments for Environmental Services (PES) programs.
