A draft document by UN-REDD VN consultant Dr Bao Huy (major source "Forest Carbon stock Measurement - Guidelines for measuring carbon stocks in community-managed forests" ANSAB, FECOFUN, ICIMOD, NORAD).

The document is still undergoing substantive revision (as of Jan 2011), to be followed by editing and layout design before completion targeted for April 2011.
