Draft - first version of PGA indicators Nigeria

Based on the indicator development and data collection training provided in Calabar mid January 2013, workshop participants attempted a first draft of the indicator set for the PGA in Nigeria, based upon the previously prioritized governance domains. These will be further refined and validated by the PGA/ REDD+ Research Team and the PGA/ REDD+ Committee.
